Guusje van Schaick

Guusje van Schaick is a junior lecturer in the divisions of Theoretical Chemistry and BioAnalytical Chemistry. She studied Pharmaceutical Sciences (B.Sc.) and Analytical Chemistry (M.Sc.) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU). Thereafter, she moved to the Leiden University Medical Center to conduct her PhD research focused on developing native separation methods with mass spectrometric detection for the characterization of pharmaceutical and industrial proteins. Currently, she is back at the VU to teach analytical chemistry in the bachelor and master programs of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Chemistry. Moreover, she is involved in improving the outreach for these programs.
